1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Beauty by Zarida. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings require review and confirmation by Zarida before they are finalised. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
A fixed booking fee is required for each appointment and must be paid before your appointment.
3. Pre-Appointment Requirements
All clients must complete a consultation form before their appointment.
For certain services including hair colouring, eyelash lifts, and tint services, a patch test is mandatory and must be completed 48 hours before your appointment. Please contact us to arrange this.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Any lateness may affect the next client's treatment time and could result in a shortened service.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due before your appointment begins.
We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments.
All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
No-shows will result in full charge of the service fee.
6. Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for completed services. Please make sure you are happy before you leave.
For nail services, any repairs will be dealt with within the first 7 days of damage at no additional charge.
Booking fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
7. Health and Safety
All products are placed on shelves and products stored in a basket with no trailing wires. The hallway is kept clear for safe access to the beauty nail bar.
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.
We maintain high hygiene standards with proper sterilisation of all equipment between clients.
8. Home Salon Location
Our services are provided from a dedicated home salon space.
Please arrive promptly for your appointment time and ring the bell upon arrival.
We ask that you respect our home environment and keep noise levels considerate of neighbours.
9. Data Protection
We collect and store your personal information only for booking information and appointment management purposes.
Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
We will retain your information only as long as necessary for our business relationship.
10. General Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it would be unsafe or inappropriate.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Current terms apply to all bookings.
Any disputes will be governed by UK law.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
11. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we cannot accept liability for adverse reactions to treatments, particularly where required consultations or patch tests have not been completed.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
